The town is always listed with the edition, from the moment seats open. The exact address arrives by email 48 hours before, only to those with a seat. We ask you not to share it: several of our spaces are private homes.

What people usually ask
Will I meet anyone?
That is the point. We read every request and build the table looking for a mix. One large table whenever the space allows. We do not promise chemistry —that cannot be manufactured— but nobody arrives at a table thrown together at random.
Can I come alone?
Most people come alone. Here that is the norm, not the exception.
What does the price include?
The 5 courses, the service of the night and the setup, with water at the table. The wine pairing is a separate package. A 12% service charge is added —it goes entirely to the team working that night, so no tip is expected— plus 11.5% tax.
What about dietary restrictions?
The menu is set: five courses the chef designs for that night. We offer no alternatives or substitute dishes, and we do not guarantee vegan, gluten-free or allergen-free options. We cook in shared spaces, so traces are possible. If you have a restriction or an allergy, write to [email protected] before buying your seat: we would rather tell you that night is not for you.
How long does the dinner run?
Between two and two and a half hours. We start at 7:00 sharp, so please arrive fifteen to thirty minutes early. It is five courses and the table starts together.
What should I wear?
As a rule, casually elegant. Each night happens somewhere different, so if an edition calls for something else —flat shoes, a light layer— we tell you along with the venue details.
Where do I park?
It changes with each edition: we have no fixed venue. Parking instructions go out with the address, 48 hours before. If you need to know sooner, write to us and we will tell you what we can.
Can I bring my own wine?
No, and we do not offer corkage. The wine pairing is a separate package you buy with your seat. If you skip it, we pour water at the table.
Can minors come?
No. This is an adults-only event and we do not admit minors.
Can I cancel?
Full refund up to 14 days before the edition. With at least 7 days notice, we reschedule your seat for a future edition. Within the final week we do not process cancellations, unless there is a force majeure, such as a hurricane or public-health restrictions.
