What we always do
Before each edition, with your confirmation, we tell you what access to the space is like: whether there are steps, how many, whether the bathroom is on another level, whether the floor is uneven. We would rather you decide with information than find out on arrival.
At the table
We hold the easiest seats for whoever needs them: tell us when you reserve. We can adjust chair height, leave room for a wheelchair where the space allows, and walk you from the entrance to the table.
This site
It works with a keyboard, respects the system preference for reduced motion, and keeps sufficient text contrast. If something does not work for you, write to us and we will fix it.
Where we do not reach yet
Not all of our locations are wheelchair accessible. Some are historic houses in Old San Juan with no elevator, and some are rooftops reached by stairs. We cannot change those buildings.
What we can do: tell you before you pay, and let you know when an edition happens in a space that is. If access is a condition for you, write to us and we will tell you about those nights personally.
