We have no venue. Each edition happens in a different space that is normally closed: a private rooftop, a house, a farm. We keep a short roster of places we work with again and again, because a space we already know is a space we produce better.

We work per night, and what we pay is agreed with you beforehand. No lease, no exclusivity, no monthly commitment. We bring staff, setup and tableware.
One midweek night, a group of 25 seated, and the place is left as it was.
