Places that take no public
We have no venue. Each edition happens in a different space that is normally closed: a private rooftop, a house, a farm. We keep a short roster of places we work with again and again, because a space we already know is a space we produce better.
Villas and houses
Dorado, Rincón, Culebra. Off season, the whole house for the night.
Historic houses
Old San Juan and the middle of the island. Walls with two hundred years of conversation.
Farms
Cayey, Aibonito, Utuado. Cooler, farther, and worth the drive.
For space owners
Do you have a place like this?
We work with a flat fee for the night or a share of seat sales. No lease, no exclusivity, no monthly commitment. We bring staff, setup, tableware and insurance.
One midweek night, a group of 25 seated, and the place is left as it was.
