Name, email and phone. Also what you do: the table is built by hand and that helps us decide who sits with whom. If you request a seat, we also ask how you found MESA and why you want to be there.

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with brands or sponsors.
Who we share with
With the chef and the team of the night, only your name and what is needed to serve the table. With the payment processor, to charge.
Payments
We do not store card numbers. Charges are processed by a specialized third party.
How long
As long as the relationship makes sense. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion by writing to [email protected]. We reply in days, not weeks.
Emails
We only write if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works.
Changes
If this changes in any meaningful way, we notify everyone on the list by email.
