We invite chefs with real craft who do not have a platform of their own today. We hand over the whole table, a real budget and freedom over the menu. In return, they leave the kitchen and present each course themselves.

Want to cook a night?
We look for line cooks, sous-chefs and trained cooks who want a night of their own without the risk of opening a place. We bring the space, the team, the service and the table. You bring the menu.
Pay is agreed with you before the night. No exclusivity.
